Polysics celebrated their 25th anniversary with a series of shows last year all on the same night. Three of the four sets were broadcasted on Nico Nico, which is the Japanese equivalent of Twitch. The. Each set had a different alter ego and theme. The first set the band played was as The Toisu, which focused on older material. The second set was as The Vocoders, which are a stripped down version of Polysics with the vocals replaced with vocoded vocals. The final set streamed was as Polysics, which was a more traditional set.
